The citizens are increasingly losing touch with the countryside, with their roots. But those, who have parents living in the village, at least once per year gather at parents’ house. It is necessary to mow the grass for the cows for the whole year and most importantly – to dry it and collect it. Haymaking gives work to everyone, young and old. But it also gives them possibility to feel like a family again, to hear the stories about past times.
